K.A.CARE and ADL visited SPC Korea for investment due diligence

On Jan. 22 and 25, delegates from K.A.CARE and Arthur D. Little (ADL) visited SPC Korea to conduct investment due diligence for K.A.CARE's

direct investment on SPC Korea. During the due diligence, K.A.CARE team (K.A.CARE and ADL) reviewed all related financeial and business

documents and interviewed Dr. Josef Kim (President & CEO of SPC Korea) to understand SMART technology and business better. K.A.CARE

team also met some stakeholders including KAERI, shareholders of SPC Korea, KEPCO E&C, etc. during their visit.
