BHI Co., Ltd. aquired 22% (200,000 shares, 300 million KRW) in SMART Power Co., Ltd on June 15, 2015. BHI said that they have decided to achieve the share expecting for the SMART nuclear business to bring more opportunity to the company and more chance to extend their portfolio.
