[중국 SMR 동향] ACP100, 최초의 파일럿 프로젝트를 위한 예비설계 단계 완료발표

중국 CNNC가 개발한 ACP100 다목적 SMR 설계에 기반한 최초의 파일럿 프로젝트를 위한 예비설계 단계가 완료되어 Hainan성 내에 건설이 가능하게 되었다고 2017년 5월 3일 현지언론이 보도하였습니다.

타당성조사 및 부지특성화 작업을 위한 관련 인허가는 6월 말까지 발급될 것으로 전망되며, 최초의 ACP100 원전 (“Linglong One”이라고 지칭) 건설은 금년 말까지 Hainan 성 Changjiang Li 자치구에서 착수될 될 것으로 전망됩니다.

ACP100은 100 MWe 규모의 SMR 노형입니다. CNNC는 2011년 최초 2기의 ACP100 건설을 위해 복건성 장주시 정부와 계약을 체결하였고 2012년 7월에 후난성 항주시 정부와 계약을 체결하였습니다. 2013년에 ACP100에 대한 기본 설계를 본격적으로 착수 하였으며 2014년 예비안전성평가보고서 (PSAR)를 중국 NNSA (National Nuclear Safety Administration)에 제출하여 승인을 받았으며, 2017년 초 최초 콘크리트 타설을 목표로 상세 설계를 진행하고 있다는 보도가 있었습니다. CNNC는 향후 20년 이내 약 100기의 ACP100를 건설할 계획을 밝힌 바 있습니다.

The first pilot project to use China National Nuclear Corporation's ACP100 multi-purpose small modular reactor design has completed its preliminary design stage and is qualified for construction in Hainan province, the China Daily reported today. Relevant permits for a feasibility study and site characterisation work are expected to be issued by the end of June. Construction of the first ACP100 - also referred to as the Linglong One - is expected to begin by year-end in the Changjiang Li autonomous county of Hainan.
