The MOU was signed by the SMART Power Co., Ltd. and Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST, Dept. of Nuclear & Quantum Engineering) on May 22, 2015. Under the agreement, SMART Power Co., Ltd. and KAIST will share information and human resources, and cooperate with each other to develop, commercialize and promote the small modular reactor.
