World Nuclear Association Symposium 2016 opened at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London Hotel from Sep. 14 to 16, 2016. SMART Power Co., Ltd. participated in exhibition and introduced SMART to participants of the symposium.

The participants of the symposium showed their interests in SMART with its short construction period and low construction cost because the UK government announced its approval for the construction of two reactors at the Hinkley Point C power plant on Sep. 15, 2016 and the news raised public concerns over construction cost and construction period of large size commercial nuclear power plant.

For three days of symposium and exhibition, over 600 global nuclear leaders and experts, and 28 exhibitors participated.
